Meet Our Board

Justin Gardiner

Justin Gardiner

Justin Gardiner, a board member for the Legacy Sport Park Community Foundation, resides in Carroll County with his wife. Justin has 4 children, ages 19, 12, 8, and 3. He serves as the Athletic Director at Lafayette Jefferson High School. His children have participated in many Legacy basketball and futsal programs. Justin believes that athletics are a key factor in helping our young people grow into successful adults.
Courtney Henchon

Courtney Henchon

Serving as the Legacy Sports Park Community Foundation President, resides locally with her husband and four sons ages 17, 15, 13, and 9. Courtney is a nurse by training, serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at Purdue University, owns her own consulting company, and is a local franchise owner for a boutique fitness studio in West Lafayette. All of Courtney's boys are active in the Legacy AAU basketball program, and her husband has coached in Legacy's programs as well. Courtney is active with several groups local to the community, the university, and within her children’s schools. She loves working with the community and leading large-scale community events for those just needing a little for extra support.
Brittany Neal

Brittany Neal

Brittany Neal serves as the Secretary for the Legacy Sports Park Community Foundation Board and lives in West Lafayette with her husband Jon and their three children, Max (19), Lyrik (17), and Jayda (13). As a pastor at Life Church, Brittany is passionate about community outreach and making a difference in people’s lives. With a heart for building connections and organizing impactful events, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for all who come to the Community Foundation Outreach Events. The entire family shares a love for community and sports, with the children actively participating in various athletic programs in the area.
Geoff Salmon

Geoff Salmon

Geoff Salmon, serving as the Legacy Sports Park Community Foundation Board member, resides locally with his wife Stephanie. The Salmons have four children ages 27, 24, 18, and 17. Geoff is an Assistant Principal at Harrison High School, and has taught and coached basketball in the community for over 16 years. All of Geoff's children participated in athletics and were active in the Legacy basketball program. Geoff also coached in Legacy's programs as well. Geoff loves working with the community, building relationships, and organizing large scale community events for those looking for extra support.
Jennifer Schukraft

Jennifer Schukraft

Serving as Vice President of the LSPCF Board of Directors resides in West Lafayette with her husband Danny and three children. Jen is the Associate Director of Student Services for graduate programs for the Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Indiana State University and Master’s in Public Relations from Ball State University. All of Jen’s children have or are currently participating in athletics as well as active in programs at Legacy. Jen’s husband Danny is also a staple in the Legacy community and continues to coach basketball. Jen is passionate about helping others and making a difference within the community.
Josh Strasser

Josh Strasser

Josh Strasser is a Legacy Sports Park Community Foundation Board member, bringing 25 years of experience in coaching amateur sports. He is a special education teacher and head football coach at McCutcheon High School. With a strong passion for giving back to the community, Josh supports initiatives that enrich the lives of our youth. He and his wife Kristin, an elementary school teacher, have two active children who inspire their commitment to education and community service.
